Terms of Service

Requesting a rebuild preview is free and creates no obligation to purchase. A preview is a working draft of your rebuilt website and remains our property until you buy it.

If you decide to keep your rebuild, the price is $399 one-time. The exact scope, including what is needed to publish on your domain, is confirmed in writing before you pay. There is no subscription.

You confirm that you are authorized to request a rebuild for the website you submit. Business content, names and logos taken from your website remain yours. After purchase you receive the right to use the rebuilt website for your business.

We build websites with sound search foundations, but no one can guarantee search rankings, AI citations or specific business results.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the purchase price. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is Vienna. Questions: hello@11rebuild.com · Impressum
