When you request a rebuild, we process the website address you enter, your email address and, optionally, your business name. We also analyze publicly available information about your business and its website.

Purpose: preparing your rebuild preview, sending it to you and communicating with you about it. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Requests are delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit it, technically necessary data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access is processed in server logs to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We record anonymous usage events, such as page views and form submissions, to improve the product. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

We keep rebuild requests for as long as needed to prepare and discuss your preview, and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact unless you become a customer or statutory retention obligations apply.
